Scoot Infant Policy

Infant permitted to travel with an adult passenger on their lap with no dedicated seat for the infant. Age Limit of infants is seven days and under 2 years. GO CAT does not allow infants above 2 years to travel as a lap of passengers. Scoot does encourage all passengers traveling with children's age of 2 years and above 2 years must purchase tickets to ensure seats.

Scoot baggage policy

GO CAT has 2 flexible options in its baggage process: 1st Carry-on Baggage and 2nd is Checked Baggage.

Carry-on Baggage

All carry-on bags average dimensions are 56 x 46 x 25 cm (22" x 18" x 10") and GO CAT economy class, 10 kg (22 lbs) for premium economy, and 12 kg (26.4 lb). To keep the price of your GO CAT tickets, keep your carry-on items within calculations. For extra baggage, airlines charge you extra fees. The fee depends on destinations where passengers fly with GO CAT.

Checked Baggage

Checked baggage allowance is 62 linear inches (158 cm), which is the sum of the height, width, and length. GO CAT checked baggage average dimensions is 27 in x 21 in x 14 in (68 cm x 53 cm x 35 cm). Scoot Checked baggage weight allowed average 40 lbs (18 kg) and up to 70 lbs (32 kg). If passengers exceed the limit, airlines charge add-on baggage that completely depends on routes passengers fly.

Scoot Cancellation policy

Scoot allow 24-hour cancellation policy (cooling-off period, risk-free cancellation). As per DOT rules Scoot allow passenger can cancel tickets within 24 hours without any cancillation fees and penality.

Duration: The 24-hour cancellation period typically begins immediately after you book your Scoot ticket.

Eligibility: Most of the Scoot tickets including No-rufndable and refundable tickets are eligible for 24-hour cancellation policy window.

Exceptions: Scoot promotional fares not include in 24-hour cancellation policy.

Scoot Check In

GO CAT offers both Online check-in and Airport counter check-in.

Online Check-in

GO CAT web check-in is available through Scoot website. Navigate to manage booking and check-in button you will see enter unique GO CATPNR (or Booking reference number) and Last name of passenger. Check prompt, manage booking and check-in process. Passengers can select their GO CAT seat with flexible GO CAT seat selection.

Airport Check-in

If passengers are not able to do online check-in and need special assistance can do check-in using hassle free Scoot airport check-in process. Passengers arrive at least 2 hours before domestic departures and 3 hours before international departures. Scoot check-in and support desk available at the airport counter. Ask Scoot staff to do a check-in agent will ask you Scoot PNR and booking reference number and few step check-in done.

Scoot Domestic tickets validity few days to a year from the date of purchase and Scoot international tickets be longer range days to year from date of purchase.

Scoot allow In some cases (medical, disaster and emergency) , passengers may have the option to extend the validity and waiver of their tickets for a fee.

Scoot special fares and promotions are available for limited dates and destinations. Scoot also offer open tickets, which allow travelers to book travel on a specific route without specifying the exact dates.

Scoot Upgrade Policies: If upgrade applicable, the fare rules may include with upgrade fees its complete depends on routes and dates of travel.
